Surveyor / Senior Lease Consultancy - Flexible Working

A leading property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker with an exciting opportunity for a surveyor/senior surveyor level candidate. The Bristol office lease consultancy team provides rent review, lease renewal and related advice on primarily office, retail and industrial property throughout the West Country markets although work further afield takes place when appropriate.

The team also support and give advice to clients on break clauses, lease restructuring, dilapidations and other leasehold related matters as well as providing strategic advice. As a result of a significant workload, we are currently seeking to recruit a surveyor / senior surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will have a sound track record in lease consultancy with the ability to add value to fee revenue and initiative to work with limited supervision to assist in the development of the work within the office, industrial and retail sectors. The key responsibilities and aspects of this varied role will include:

* Client focused role ensuring accurate and timely delivery of service
* Providing a lease consultancy service to clients
* Working closely with agency and transactional teams
* Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
* Able to take on an increasing workload as you progress through the firm
