My client is seeking a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director to join their Valuation team based within London or Oxford. Successful candidates will join a valuation team within one of the countries leading property consultancies within a focus on the leisure / retail sector. The client is offering a competitive salary of up to £55k per annum + other benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to internal processes, lender requirements and RICS regulations
- Build the professional business through networking internally and externally, developing close relationships with existing and new clients
- Develop and identify new business opportunities
- Keeping up to date with changing legislation and valuation practices
- Act as a role model and supervisor to rational graduates
Skills Required:
- RICS Registered Valuer status
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum of 4 years PQE
- Highly proficient in valuation software, specifically Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer
- Experience of development valuations
- Familiar with lender specific requirements
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic approach to problem solving
