Property Administrator – South West London – Up to £32k + Benefits + Bonus

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator to join a Boutique Asset Management in their office in South West London.  This role is offering up to £32000 per annum and is a requirement that the client is looking to fulfil asap. 

Working in a small team you will provide support to the Property Management team, coordinating all administration aspects of the property management portfolio.  

Job Role:

  • To ensure all lease information is entered onto the company CRM system .
  • To make updates to Salesforce when required by the Asset managers
  • Periodic mass data uploads onto Salesforce for service charge, insurance and rates updates
  • To set up new properties on Salesforce.
  • To process all service agreements for signature via DocuSign
  • To produce budget verses expenditure reports from QUBE when required.
  • Produce tenancy schedules on a periodic basis to external consultants e.g. agents, utility and rates.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of car park licence agreements, residential AST documents, market licences.
  • To collate retail unit opening information throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and distribute to the wider team.
  • Assist with drafting licences to alter and associated correspondence ensuring electronic records are saved to the relevant folders.
  • Create and produce letter and mail merge documents for distribution as required by the Property Managers.
  • Assist the property management team with the preparation of sales packs and due diligence as required.
  • Assist the Property Management and Asset Management team in preparation of reports as required
  • Ensure all electronic and paper documentation is filed accurately, maintaining and updating folders as required.
  • To provide administrative and troubleshooting support to all Salesforce users.
  • If required, assist Office Manager in answering calls/visitors to reception in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Covering holidays as/when required.
  • Taking on adhoc tasks as/when required by the wider team.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages.

The client is open to considering a candidate who does not come from a property background but has a keen passion to work in the Property Industry.  A solid administration background is required to fulfil the role.
