They are a multi-disciplinary consultancy that have successfully grown 6 offices across the UK, so you’ll have the backing of a national firm, but as part of a QS team of 14 based in the London office, you’ll definitely not feel like just a number!   

You will have the opportunity to work in most sectors within the real estate industry, the majority being residential, commercial, higher education and heritage, although they are known for delivering slightly different scheme's such as sports stadiums, theatres, and dry ski slopes.  

Over the years they have gained a very strong foothold in both the public and private sector meaning they were very steady through the initial stages of the pandemic and were able to hold on to all of their staff.   

One of the things I like most about this business is their ability to progress people up the ladder. You will have 6-month appraisals and clear, achievable targets so that you know exactly what you need to get to the next step.  

Strong flexible working, although they do like to have people in a few days a week as they take pride in the culture they have created over the years.
