Senior/Land Manager.

Basic c£70,000 (DOE) + Car + Package + OTE £150,000.

Our client is a major developer of large-scale, residential-led, mixed-use developments across London (Zone 2 outwards) and the Home Counties, which include both traditional housing and non-standard, urban schemes. Minimum site sizes considered are c100 units, with their “sweet spot” being 250 - 500 units per site. Virtually all land acquired is on an unconditional basis, the business is highly entrepreneurial and fleet of foot. Key aspects:

• Working alongside your land colleagues you will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of highly profitable development sites

• Utilising your contact network, natural inquisitiveness and being “out and about”, you will develop a strong pipeline of potential sites

• Cultivate a strong relationship with the other disciplines within the business, ensuring focus and efficient processing of land

We are seeking “high quality”, entrepreneurial, land professionals who have demonstrable experience of working within the residential land sector. You are highly skilled, bright and have the will to win, approaching challenges in a methodical and systematic way. You are very well networked and know what a “good site” looks like. We will consider ambitious individuals at either Senior or Land Manager level, your commitment and ambition are key to the appointment.
