An established and renowned residential developer who have a brand that is instantly recognizable.
About the role:
Reporting to the Land Director you will be accountable for buying land to achieve the regions target which is to produce over 500 units per annum.
The region is highly motivated and driven to buying land. They have the funds set aside to be very active in the market.
You will play an integral part in shaping the future of land team.
What we’re looking for:
An acquisitions specialist who has the necessary contacts in North London and Hertfordshire to support a 500 unit per annum regional office.
