Development Manager (Land Exchange to Completion) (EC)

A forward thinking and entrepreneurial developer. They utilise their excellent architectural, design and planning expertise to produce a mixed portfolio of design led schemes across London. Their developments range from 116 to 1,100 units in size and are made up of a mixture of townhouses and medium & high-rise apartments.

The senior management team are highly experienced. They operate a relaxed and mature environment and there is direct access to both the Managing Director and CEO.

About the role:

Reporting to the Managing Director and / or an experienced Projects Director you will work alongside the land team and progress each project as the client’s representative.

This is a high autonomous position. There is a great deal of support as when it is needed however you will not be ‘micro-managed’. If anything, you are encouraged to stand up and be counted, to make mistakes but also to learn from them.

It is essential to demonstrate projects that you have been involved with from exchange to completion, and how that has been managed with contracting partners and other stakeholders. Commerciality is the key.
