An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Logistics Park Development function at DP World for a Senior Development Manager, to be based in out of London Gateway in Essex. Working closely with and reporting into the Park Development Director you’ll be responsible for delivering strategies that accelerate the development of the Park so that the remaining permitted development is contracted by 2026.

What we need from you:

• Working closely with property agents and other parties to promote London Gateway as both Freeport & Logistics Park with Port & Rail Infrastructure in the South East.
• Negotiate lease & build to suit agreements with prospective park customers.
• Nurture relationships & negotiate commercial agreements with existing park customers for their future growth at London Gateway Logistics Park.
• Working closely with Masterplanning Architects, London Gateway Engineering, Planning & Environmental Teams to co-ordinate delivery of individual plots & buildings to prospective customers.

About you

• MRICS qualified with experience in the field of logistics / industrial property development.
• Proven track record of marketing industrial & logistics parks.
• Experience of negotiating warehouse leases & Agreement to Lease with 3PL’s, Retailers, E-commerce & other parties in the Supply Chain.
• Track record of successful lead generation & ability to build strategic customers relationship.

Strong understanding of Construction & Planning related matters as well as Property Development underwriting skills.
