Job Details
This key role will involve overseeing the operational activities for all properties under the group’s management, in addition to the property services the group provides. With a mix of new build and conversion projects across the north west, this role will be instrumental in the effective running of residential block schemes.
The Operations Manager will generally be responsible for most operational functions including: Project delivery, HR, IT, Health and Safety, Governance, Customer Service, Facilities Management, Property/Asset Management.
Previous experience of block management, along with full working knowledge of service charge budgets, section 20 notices and the landlord & tenant act, are key to the delivery of this instrumental role.
This is a fixed term appointment for twelve months, with the potential for extension as the company continues to build.
