Job Details
Due to expansion the property team are looking for Estate Management professionals to join the team responsible for acquisition, management, disposal and full lease negotiations. You will support the professional management of the property assets to ensure they are used efficiently and in accordance with the wider strategic asset management plans. You will be responsible for achieving the disposal of surplus land and buildings in accordance with the capital programme, including approval of contractual terms and conditions, as well as making recommendations for acquisition and disposals.
You will be an experienced estates/property professional with knowledge in all aspects of estate management. MRICS preferred but not essential. This varied role offers both flexible working and remote working. For more information please contact Alistair Carter.
