And the next role we have is a Principal Surveyor based in London. This role is permanent with a salary of up to 56k!

The principal surveyor role is based in Central London, which is great for shopping, sightseeing or seeing a red bus every 10 seconds.

Offering swanky offices to sit in when you do need to pop down for the day, as well as offering a work-from-home balance when you don’t. Ideally, they would like someone in x2 days per week.

The portfolio includes police stations, ports, open spaces, retail, and offices. Yes, police stations do sound interesting if you ask me.

Within your principal surveyor position, you will be working with a solid team, with plenty to share the work around you. To fit in, you will need to be either chartered OR have extensive experience behind you as well as being an all-rounder with estates and asset management.

You don’t need to have Local Authority experience, but it is preferred.
