Job Details
This is a great opportunity to join one of the most well respected PropCos in the capital. They have an enviable estate and one of the best real estate teams we know of.
You will be tasked with:
Checking and coordinating all transaction legal documents, including leases, rent review memorandums, surrenders and building contract documents for Directors’ signatures, maintaining records of these through by way of particular internal forms / process and logbook. On a weekly basis, summarise and communicate lease transactions and changes to vacancy to the Leasing and Asset Management teams.
Own, maintain and manage all commercial property database inputs, including setting up new properties and units, changes to rents, assignments, surrenders, natural expiries, vacancy status, turnover and any lease variations. Maintain a record of all unit reconfigurations on the database including merged/split units and NIA adjustments
Maintain and update lending maps (currently this uses the online app ProMap). Maps are distributed to the team and presented during investor tours and meetings. Produce site/building plans using the ProMap app for board reports and presentations.
Identify, understand and – where appropriate – correcting variances between data and those of their partners is a critical function of the role. The Property Data Analyst needs to build strong relationships with contacts at these external partners.
It's essential that applicants have experience in property and familiarity with lease documentation and are able to show meticulous attention to detail and be highly organised.
There is a market leading benefits package including an attractive pension and salary between £40,000-£45,000.
