Job Details
CONTRACT: 3 months initially
WFH: Work remotely, complete site visits when necessary
START DATE: February 2022
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who require an Interim Estates and Valuations Surveyor on a part-time basis.
You'll be assisting in the management of:
- Asset Management
- Estates Management
- Valuations for residential Right-To-Buy purposes
In this role, you'll be focused on the commercial and residential portfolios, working alongside a small team Property Professionals. You'll be acting as an extra pair of hands whilst some of the team are on leave.
You should be MRICS accredited and being a Registered Valuer is desirable. Experience completing valuations for residential properties is required.
Having a Full Driving Licence is necessary as you could be completing site visits in remote areas.
Local Authority experience is preferred, but not essential.
