Job Details
This role will run for an initial period of 3 months with the view to extend and is available immediately.
The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering a programme of asset valuations in line with IFRS and will need to be able to demonstrate experience of valuing a wide variety of commercial and residential properties within a similar capacity. You will also work to provide professional services to other teams including providing valuation advice ranging from commercial Landlord and Tenant through to strategic advice on management of new commercial space within development schemes.
This role will offer remote working and will require office presence for approx 1 day per week.
