Reporting to a Regional Director, the appointed Development Surveyor will be responsible for sourcing, appraising, acquiring, and delivering new and existing development opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:
- Support with the regional projects, coordinating the full development process including market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, project team assembly and site procurement through to practical completion
- Work closely with the Projects team to prepare the design and execute a delivery strategy for each scheme
- Assess and manage the financial risks for each project
- Prepare and execute lettings and sales strategies, appointing third party consultants as and when required
The appointed Development Surveyor will have ideally secured MRICS status with several years proven experience working across various elements of the property development process. Candidates must possess a passion for development, able to demonstrate strong team values and communication skills.
