Strategic Land Manager – Housebuilding.
Buckinghamshire/Berkshire OR Central London
Basic c£60,000 + Car + Highly Lucrative Bonus Scheme c100%.
Cognisant Search has been instructed to appoint a Senior Land Manager on behalf of a major, privately owned regional, residential developer, that operate across the South East. They already hold a major strategic land bank, and now wish to appoint an individual to lead these activities.
Responsibilities include:
• Reporting to the Land Director and having oversite of the existing strategic land portfolio
• The identification, feasibility and optioning of new strategic sites
• Working closely with the planning team to progress sites
• Maintain timely contact with landowners, ensuring best service
You are a highly enterprising strategic land professional, and are qualified, or qualified by experience. Highly numerate and an outstanding relationship builder, you enjoy the “cut and thrust” of land acquisition. As the patch is large, the company is very flexible with office working arrangements and the opportunity for progression to a “Head of” role is very real.
