My client is a housebuilder who develop homes of high-quality across West Yorkshire. They have a well-funded business plan to significantly increase their output and as such wish to appoint a Land Director who can lead their land acquisition process. The business will acquire sites of between 25 to 250 units on both a conditional and unconditional basis and will also consider options on strategic sites.
We are keen to speak with either Senior Land Managers who are ready and willing to take a step up, or, existing Land Directors who want to take on a fresh challenge with a business that has exciting growth plans and is motivated to buy land. You are well networked, have a great reputation within the market and have a strong, demonstrable track record of site acquisition.
