Associate - Lease Administration

Are you looking for a new challenge within a dynamic team?

My client is seeking an experienced Associate to join their global Lease Administration team. As an international team, based in Birmingham, London and Budapest, this team works closely with colleagues in the US and APAC. They provide data management services to 400+ occupier clients globally and use their expertise to collect, analyse, and transform data into actionable information such as occupancy costs, key lease dates, and inventories by asset type, location, size and other factors.

As an Associate in the team you will be actively involved in all aspects of leading and delivering Lease Administration services to clients, from business development and transition through to stakeholder management and best practice process implementation.

Working as part of an industry-leading team will give you:

  • Responsibility for managing all aspects of service delivery to key clients with a high degree of autonomy
  • Involvement in key service lines for clients, integral to the overall success of their Integrated Portfolio Management service offering
  • Exposure to the wider group business
  • Experience working with international teams with potential to travel

Key Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in client and/or stakeholder management, including escalation management and issue resolution
  • Strong data skills, with the ability to interrogate portfolio and service performance data
  • Good understanding of data management practices and process governance
  • Keen interest in new products / technologies within the data management sphere (e.g. application of artificial intelligence)
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Preferable knowledge of SOC compliance and industry data maturity assessment models

Its is anticipated that the appointed Associate will have gained their experience within corporate real estate services and/or a client-side role. Prior experience within lease administration role is preferable but not essential if an equivalent level of data focus can be demonstrated from other roles.
