City Centre Mixed use Regeneration [Residential, Commercial office and Retail/Leisure]
North East, England
An excellent career opportunity as a Development Manager to be involved in the delivery of an exciting Mixed use regeneration scheme within a City Centre involving the mixed tenure residential housing, commercial office and retail leisure. This is an exciting role delivering a 5-10 year scheme as well as the opportunity to be involved in growth of the business across the North East on other development opportunities.
As a Development Manager, we are looking for a Development Professional with 5-10 years experience in the Real Estate Property sector with knowledge and experience of delivering mixed use development, residential and affordable housing schemes. You would have experience working across both private and public sectors preferably on behalf of a Property Developer, Mixed use Prop Co. You may be professionally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or as a Town Planner (MRTPI) and demonstrate a track record of delivering schemes in the North East of England.
