Job Details

The Client:

An entrepreneurial property investment business with c.£4bn of property assets under management

The Role:

  • To assist the Asset Management team in the administration of a all Asset Management operations
  • The role of Coordinator is to assist the functioning of asset management, working principally alongside the AMs and DMs
  • Organising all internal and external meetings within the function
  • Manage team inbox (schedule/diarise meetings, file and highlight any emails needing urgency) and oversee team diaries, workstream and chase deadlines

  • Raising purchase orders for construction work

  • Implement and manage filing system (file PO’s, supplier invoices, legal documents etc.)
  • Attend weekly team and project meetings to keep track of action points
  • Chase up team on deadlines
  • Assist with management of external contractors, agents, property managers and clients / occupiers

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced administrator, ideally from a commercial property background
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to review documentation and reports on various property asset management matters
