Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a successful construction consultancy based in Bristol.

The company was established 10-years' ago by three former directors of an international practice who wanted to create a less corporate and employee focused culture. They now have 40 employees across several UK offices, and they see Bristol/South West as being a key region for growth and company investment.

The successful individual will be working closely with the Director Project Manager managing a range of schemes, many of which in the private sector (70% of workload) including local developers and wealthy individuals.

Candidates are required to have experience ideally on private sector construction property projects working for a consultancy and be a professional member of MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM, or working towards this. The hiring manager is happy to consider individuals from a building surveying, quantity surveying or contractor background who is looking for a core projects role.
