We are on the lookout for a Development Director

We have lots of ambitious developments on the horizon, so it couldn't be a better time to join us. We are looking for a super motivated Development Director to find, appraise and deliver new development and investment opportunities in the Yorkshire & Northeast region. As an integral part of the Leeds team, you will take ownership of projects, overseeing and co-ordinating the full development process including market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, project team assembly, site procurement through to practical completion.
As we are focusing on the industrial and logistics and urban regeneration sectors, experience in these areas would be advantageous. Knowledge of the regional market would also be beneficial but not essential.
