Our client is a major developer of large-scale, mixed-use sites which include residential, logistics, industrial and commercial uses. The business is highly entrepreneurial, financially very strong and is undertaking a period of sustained, sustainable growth. Due to internal movement they now wish to appoint a Development Director who has the ability to move into a senior, leadership role within the business. Key aspects:

• Working closely with the senior management team you will offer leadership and play a key role in the continued success of the company

• Ensure that the business has the land & development pipeline in place to deliver the key objectives of the business plan

• Offer leadership and drive to the internal, multidisciplinary teams to ensure that they are motivated and focussed

• Be highly market facing, understanding the potential, the trends/requirements and become a trusted partner with both occupiers and clients

We are seeking “best in class”, entrepreneurial, development professionals who have demonstrable experience of working with a mixed-use and commercial product. You are highly skilled, bright and have the will to win, approaching challenges in a methodical and systematic way and are natural leaders. With a highly developed occupier network and able to leverage this effectively. We will consider those already operating at this level, or above, and those who are motivated and have the aptitude/attitude to progress into this role.
