All the estates work is outsourced to a property company, so you don’t need to worry, but you do need to worry about the portfolio rationalisation – that’s your job! This will also be combined with valuations and disposals, giving you a mix to work with.

The rates of pay start at £50 per hour, and there is HUGE work from home flexibility. Things are already expensive enough, without having to go in every day, or even twice a week. Stay at home and work, the council support it!
