I am lucky enough to have partnered exclusively with The Salvation Army, a regional charitable organisation, with an opportunity that will hopefully put a smile on your face if there’s not already one from my puns.

With a diverse portfolio of over 3,000 properties including Homeless Accommodations, Older People’s homes, and more, The Salvation Army are looking for an experienced administrator to take on their new role; Client Liaison Administrator.

Situated in their West Malling office, you will be the first point of contact in the property team. Your role is to facilitate and ensure all enquiries, queries and repairs requests are managed via the property helpdesk, all to the highest standard of customer care.

As part of the helpdesk team, you will support your key relationships with the property and estates team as well as contractors, liaising at all levels to secure expenditure approvals, manage quotations and demonstrate overall proficiency when using the property database.
