Are you an Interim Property Consultant, who can assist in managing trainee/graduate Surveyors?
A Lancashire Local Authority are looking an Interim Property Consultant who can work on a 6-month initial contract.
You'd be working on their Commercial portfolio, helping to manage their Property Transformation Programme and Asset Management Plan. You'll also be required to assist and manage trainee surveyors who are working in the department.
They're working on a hybrid basis, going into the office twice a week for team meetings and site visits. Although remote working is preferable post-pandemic, the increase in office presence is because they're rebuilding their team! It would be a great opportunity for you to make your mark and enact REAL change in the organisation and community.
