Interim Estates & Valuation Surveyor

North West Based

£35-45phr (negotiable)

Looking for a hybrid role with a more intimate team?

You'll be working for a small Council in the North West, that has a varied range of commercial assets to manage.

You can work partly at home with weekly visits into the office or more if you fancy it. The team are mostly in the office now so it'll be sociable on the days you do go in.

You'll undertake commercial valuations (don't worry you don't need to be a registered valuer) and other estate management duties including service charges, debt collection, rent arrears and disposals.

This is to replace a permanent member of staff, who has worked in the Council for 3 years and is now leaving to go back into the private sector. They started off interim so if you ultimately want a permanent role there will be an opportunity there for you.

It doesn't matter what sector you've worked in before as long as you're an Estates Surveyor, you'll be considered for this role.

Please send in your CV and I'll call you to discuss this further. Interviews will be taking place over the next couple of weeks so best to get in touch soon.
