The Role
You will be a customer focused team member and working closely with colleagues will deliver exciting and varied estate bespoke freehold and leasehold valuation work across all customers and in support of wider DIO projects.
The Senior Valuer role is responsible for delivering work programmes including rent review, bulk hiring, rental, capital and development valuations, negotiations, research, and wider surveying work for the Accommodation Optimisation Team (AOT) and DIO Estates.
You will be involved in the management and delivery of agreed programmes of work including:
- Beacon Unit Rent Reviews of residential portfolio on commercial lease terms, in England & Wales.
- Residential dilapidation assessments and valuations.
- Residential bulk lease valuations, evaluations and transactions.
- Support wider team members and objectives with research, evidence, evaluations and advice.
You will provide a consultancy and advice service to customers, and be accountable for adherence to internal and external procedures, standards and regulations
