The Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Valuer to join an established team within our expanding Estates network.

You will be a customer focused team member and working closely with military and civilian colleagues will deliver exciting and varied estate Valuations and Surveying projects and programmes across all customers with the provision subject matter expert advice to all. As a Senior Valuer you will bring experience and understanding of Valuations and Surveying to DIO and will be delivering agreed valuation outputs and programmes including rent review, bulk hiring, rental, capital, and development valuations. You will be responsible for undertaking valuations, negotiations, research, evaluations, and wider surveying work. This may include helping support the agreed programme of Estates Valuation outputs, services, and subject Matter Expert advice in support of the Quinquennial Revaluation (QQR) of the UK and Overseas estate.
