The Role

We are seeking motivated Rural Surveyor’s to join established team’s within our expanding Estates network. You will undertake the management of freehold and leasehold properties, full agricultural tenants, licensees and commercial tenants. Y

ou will work with external management contractors maintaining the estate infrastructure and liaise with the general public and a variety of stakeholders on this unique and varied estate. The MOD Estate is wide and varied including military establishments, historic buildings, listed buildings, and commercial tenants. On this unique Estate variety is certain and no 2 days will be the same!

The DIO Estate Rural Surveyor Role is responsible to the Military Heads of Establishment for property related management including; negotiations to grant and acquire new lease agreements, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and any other property and agricultural related agreements.

£33,000 For successful candidate(s) based at Shorncliffe and Longmoor locations only, the post offers a Market Skills Allowance of: Location -£2,000.00 OR MRICS/FRICS Qualified -£4,000.00 per annum + substantial pension and benefits
