The Role

The DIO Senior Estate Surveyor for Remote Overseas and Training Estate will be UK based but with responsibility for providing all DIO Land Management outputs in Kenya, Belize and Canada whilst also coordinating and leading the activities of the Estate Surveyor responsible for the South Atlantic (Falkland Islands) and Asia (Nepal and Brunei). Occasional travel to these locations is to be expected! On this unique Estate variety is certain and no two days will be the same. 

The role requires the Senior Estate Surveyor to work closely with military and civilian colleagues in country and around the MOD to provide property and land transactory advice and assistance securing the grant, review or surrender of assets, to ensure that all lease data is accurately held and administered within the Information Management System tool, and to develop positive relationships with key players who are critical to the provision and operation of the Overseas Training Estate.
