The Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Estate Surveyor to join an established team within our expanding Estates network. You will be a customer focused individual and will deliver exciting and varied estate surveying programmes, services and professional advice across all customers.

The MOD Estate is wide and varied including military establishments, historic buildings, listed buildings, and commercial tenants. On this unique Estate variety is certain and no 2 days will be the same! The DIO Senior Estate Surveyor Role is responsible to the Military Heads of Establishment for property related management including; negotiations to grant and acquire new lease agreements, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and any other property related agreements. £40,000, for successful candidate(s) based at the Sandhurst location only, the post(s) offer a Market Skills Allowance of: MRICS/FRICS Qualified -£5,000.00 per annum (Pro Rata) + substantial pension and benefits.

This is a part-time post of 21 per week not inclusive of meal breaks and forms part of a job share: Working hours are 21 hours per week to be worked over a Wednesday Thursday Friday.
