The Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Development Surveyor to join and lead an established team within our expanding Estates network. You will be a customer focused team leader, and working closely with military and civilian colleges will deliver exciting and varied estate disposal activities from inception to legal completion. The MOD Estate is wide and varied, On this unique Estate variety is certain and no 2 days will be the same! This is an excellent opportunity to join the established DIO Acquisitions and Disposals Team (A&D) and the Estate’s network of highly skilled Surveyors, delivering subject matter professional advice to a wide range of customers.
