The Role

We are seeking motivated Estate Surveyor’s to join established teams within our expanding Estates network. You will be customer focused and support the team leaders to deliver exciting and varied estate surveying programmes, services and professional advice across all customers. 

The MOD Estate is wide and varied including military establishments, historic buildings, listed buildings, and commercial tenants. On this unique Estate variety is certain and no 2 days will be the same!

The DIO Estate Surveyor Role is responsible to the Military Heads of Establishment for property related management including negotiations to grant and acquire new lease agreements, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and any other property related agreements.

£33,000 For successful candidate(s) based at Wyton location only, the post offers a Market Skills Allowance of: Location - £2,000.00 OR MRICS/FRICS Qualified - £4,000.00 per annum + substantial pension and benefits
