Opportunistic and privately owned Property Company are expanding their portfolio and their team, and are looking for a bright and credible Asset Manager with circa 6 months - 2 years PQE. Their portfolio is mainly in London and the South, but also includes City Centre assets further afield and it’s completely mixed use, including Office, Retail, Hotels, Student Accommodation, Residential – everything apart from Industrial. The team are passionate about property and they buy buildings which need an intensive Asset Management approach, including lots of development and refurbishment work.
The role is very varied and includes writing and then implementing the asset plans across the investment portfolio, adding value through various asset management initiatives. This will include; driving and maintaining value from the existing portfolio, lease re-gears, changing tenant mix, driving letting campaigns and coming up with quirky ideas for driving income for short term space prior to a redevelopment, producing marketing brochures, appraising new acquisitions, due diligence on new acquisitions and writing IC papers & business plans.
They offer a great opportunity to carry out a very varied role in a fast paced environment, and join a small but growing team. Candidates must be MRICS, with ideally 6 months – 24 months PQE. Experience should include working for a well reputed Advisory side firm with a rotation in Commercial Valuation, Investment, Commerical Agency, Commercial Property Management or L&T.
