Portfolio Manager - Property Investment - Central London

Our client, an incredibly successful Pan-European Property Investment operation is looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to help run and manage their growing portfolio on a day to day basis across London and the South East.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the general management and administration of your property management portfolio making this a vital role in the business. You will be working with the negotiators, progressing managed lets and assisting the team to secure new stock and ensuring that you are maintaining a high standard of service for managed clients.

This role will involve:

  • Managing tenant and landlord relationships
  • Managing routine maintenance, decoration, repairs as and when required
  • Prepare managed properties for letting & communication to team regarding works/activity updates
  • Accurate updates on IT system & management of client accounts
  • Deposit releases/negotiation for all properties
  • Organise additional works for managed & non managed clients such as refurbishment
  • Actively expand contractor base, obtaining necessary insurance & qualification documents

You will need to have the following experience:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in residential property management in the UK
  • A broad knowledge of property management issues and solutions
  • A can do attitude, happy to get stuck in and dig deep when needed due a demanding portfolio
  • Be customer focussed at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and spin multiple plates at once
  • A smart appearance and professional approach is essential
  • Be an effective Team Player
  • Ability to effectively use Word & Excel, Outlook and appropriate software 
  • Proactive with good time-management abilities
  • To be motivated by excellence 
  • Full and Clean driving licence

The business has had an incredibly successful few years and they have no intention of stopping now with plans to double the team and portfolio size in 2022 across the UK and Europe. The role will require big commitments, it's fast paced and challenging but you will be exposed to an incredible leadership team and develop immensely making this a cracking role for any career driven individual.

Package: £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience, great benefits on top
