An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy within their rapidly growing Transaction Management team. Successful candidates will be focused on the Co working / Shared Space sector within the EMEA market and will also be providing support for the team leads with business development and data management. The role is offering a salary package of up to £45K in addition to a car allowance and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and partner with local brokers to close deals
- Match spaces needs to current market availabilities, utilising internal databases and working closely with agile providers to obtain up-to-date inventory information
- Collaborate with account teams and local brokerage teams to insert client considerations and deal inputs into traditional vs. flex analysis and other agile tech tools as needed; review analysis with operators to identify critical data and findings to present to client
- Collaborate and coordinate with account teams to collect, analyze and negotiate offers from providers, ensuring favourable deal terms, timely conversion and efficient negotiations.
- Consistently feed account teams educational information, relevant provider updates and agile trends that will enable them to deliver valuable counsel and perspectives to their clients
- Connect with in-market sales teams and account teams to generate client interest, identify list of top targets
- Work and establish/maintain relationships with key local flexible providers across EMEA to understand locations, products, pricing and fee structures
- Coordinate in-office presentation or promotions with agile providers; present on agile updates as needed in market meetings
- Enter comparable data and licence agreements into the platform systems
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of real estate experience required.
- Previous Transaction management experience – with experience within the European market also being beneficial.
- Experience in co-working / shared office deals.
- Experience using Microsoft office suite products.
- Experience with excel and Cash flow modelling.
- Experience with financial analysis, calculating sales figures (discounts, percentages, commissions), and analyzing and selling with data
