Residential Surveyor
Location: England, United Kingdom
Salary: £45,000.00 - £60,000.00 per annum
Cobalt is working with an established independent property firm within the real estate industry with a known presence in Residential Surveying specialising across a wide range of services.
This firm is searching for a number of Residential Surveyors in various postcodes across the UK.
The successful individual will have a minimum qualification of AssocRICS and have some previous experience within Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports, also experience within Building Surveying would be desirable but not essential.
My client is offering a number of benefits alongside a strong base salary:
* Car allowance or company car
* Strong and stable workload with a mix of panel and private work
* Excellent commission structure and creditable rewards for surveyors bringing in their own work
* Great progression with the opportunity to work up to Director level
* Inclusion plans for example running breakfast and lunch clubs and keeping all surveyors within 25 miles of each other, to avoid isolation.
