Job Details
A leading national Real Estate Consultancy is looking to grow their Development Consultancy team at Associate Director level, this is due to an increase in work from existing and new clients. They are looking for individuals from strong professional Valuation, Development or Land Agency backgrounds to join their team based in London.
As a team they have an extremely loyal and expanding client base that focuses on Central London and Regional residential and mixed-use regeneration schemes.
Reporting into the Head of Development Consultancy responsibilities include:
- Provide clients with advice across development consultancy, estate rationalisation, regeneration, financial viability, development valuations, scheme optimisation and development land agency.
- Work closely with a cross section of clients such as public/quasi-public sector bodies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a existing Development Consultancy, Valuation or Land Agency background to join a team working on exciting and prestigious development and regeneration schemes. There is also fast career progression on offer to Director level in the future.
Key requirements include:
- Real Estate/Development/Land related Degree/Masters.
- Member of RICS.
- Experience working across across residential and mixed use regeneration schemes.
- Experience using Argus and Excel.
- Excellent understanding of the development life-cycle.
- Ability to maintain and build client relationships.
Office based in London, however they do offer agile working.
Salary is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus car allowance, benefits and discretionary bonus.
