A private equity backed provider of PRS Housing is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to join their team based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a numerical real estate professional to join a rapidly growing business with plenty of future career progression.
Key Acquisition Analyst responsibilities include:
- Assist in the underwriting and due diligence of specific investment opportunities.
- Interpreting site details, development proformas and other details provided by vendors.
- Prepare appraisals and report for investment committee's and peer review those of other analysts.
- Ensure all deal opportunities are effectively researched, reviewed and responded to in a timely manner.
- Undertake accurate and thorough research to support investment appraisals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner companies.
- Manage existing third-party relationships.
- Carry out ad hoc projects to aid the achievement of the company's objectives.
Key Acquisition Analyst requirements include:
- Degree qualified in Real Estate, Business or Investment (minimum 2:1).
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent research and financial modelling skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Office based in Central London.
Salary from £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
