Are you looking for an Interim Estates Surveying position close to London?
Park Avenue are working with an affluent Local Authority in Hertfordshire, who are offering a 3-6 month interim contract for an experienced Estates Surveyor, with flexible working arrangements.
You'll focus your time on general estates management including rent reviews, landlord and tenant negotiations, and lease renewals.
With the new financial year around the corner, there is potential for extension on the contract if you are fulfilling your role to a good standard.
Ideally, you'll be MRICS accredited, with some experience with valuations (Being a Registered Valuer is not required).
As mentioned, flexible working is available. You'd be required to visit the offices once a week for a team meeting, with site visits as and when you think they're required.
