Following a period of significant and continued growth, a leading international property consultancy is looking to appoint a Valuation Surveyor within their successful Commercial Valuation team based in Bristol.
This role will cover all the main commercial sectors and provide valuations for year of end accounts, unit pricing, sales, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, and secure lending purposes. The successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor and ideally RICS Registered Valuer, possessing ideally a minimum of one years' post qualification experience within commercial valuations. However candidates who are RICS but not a Registered Valuer should still apply and we can support this process if you would like to get into valuation.
The post holder will be capable of working independently within the context of a wider team and will be closely involved in valuations for loan security, corporate asset, viability and general advisory purposes. Valuations will primarily be for commercial, retail investment and development properties but may also include public sector properties such as residential led mixed use developments. An essential part of the role will be the timely preparation of accurate and concise valuation reports for director review and sign off.
