Rent Review Surveyor – Central London
Our client, a highly regarded commercial agent who specialise across the office agency, leisure agency, leasing and retail space is looking to recruit an experienced General Practise Surveyor with strong experience in rent reviews and service charge.
Due to significant growth plans and an increase in workload they are looking to expand giving the successful candidate a huge opportunity and vital part to play here.
The role itself will have a big direction towards the leisure side advising and working closely with leading names across the restaurant, bar and high street chains as a whole.
Job Details:
- Negotiate rent reviews for your clients who are commercial occupiers, leisure occupiers
- Advise and Maximise returns
- Advise on keeping risks and liabilities down
- Building and developing key relationships with new & existing clients
- Experienced in arbitration submissions
- Business Development
- Personable and well presented with excellent communication and negotiating skills
Candidate Requirements:
- MRICS qualified (3 years min)
- Technical knowledge including relevant legislation and case law
- Must have experience and detailed knowledge of the central London office market with experience in dealing with retail & leisure considered a bonus but not essential
- Rent Review experience is essential
- Commercially aware and have Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst being an excellent team player
- Proven IT skills, including good use of Microsoft office.
- Well organised, efficient, using initiative and working to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service

They are offering a strong package:
Basic Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience + commission
