Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking company, known for its creative management approach to development and investment. It provides appealing, high-quality space for a range of tenants. Privately-owned, the company owns and manages an investment portfolio in excess of a hundred million pounds, focused on the office, trade counter and multi-let industrial sectors.
They are now seeking an Investment Analyst to provide investment and development property analytical expertise to support the business generally in the preparation and delivery of the Business Plan objectives; maximising end value and performance; and in executing strategies to deliver growth. You will also work closely with the Finance Director in support of the cash flow forecasts and working on various different sensitivity scenarios. The business operates with entrepreneurial flair and agility, it is dependent on high quality property data outputs and analysis to inform decision-making, delivered at pace and with flexibility. The Investment Analyst is a core role in supporting the business in this approach and will operate with a creative, flexible and adaptable mindset, producing high quality outputs with clarity.
• Bachelor’s degree, in Finance or Business Management is preferable
• Experience with property
• Excellent Excel modelling skills; working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
• Strong research, financial and analytical skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently
