An exciting opportunity has arisen for a company looking to develop and grow their Valuation team and offering. This is a great role, as is a new position within the company, who recognise the development and growth of the organisation and its employees.

This role involves working closely with the Head of Valuation to grow the valuation offering in that area.

You will manage a team of 4-5 people, secure, maintain and develop local client relationships.

Successful candidates will be:

  • RICS Registered valuer
  • People management experience
  • Understanding of KEL, Argus Capitalisation and Developer software
