Investment Analyst, Real Estate

Blayze Group are pleased to announce that our client, a leading global management investment firm, is seeking an Analyst to join their growing investment team in London. Given their continued success and expansion throughout the European market, this Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the transactions process for assets throughout key gateway cities across the Pan-European market.
The role
This Analyst will be involved the whole investment process; from origination, through to the execution of real estate investment opportunities. This will also include due diligence, sourcing, and capital raising mandates. Candidates therefore need to be familiar with the real estate deal cycle, and must be confident in their financial modelling, analysis, and deal execution skills.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and c.2 years' direct real estate experience in either a fund, or investment bank. An additional European language is ideal, although this isn't essential. Candidates must also be proficient in their communication skills.
