The hot topic in the surveying world is most certainly Client-side Asset Management and I can understand the appeal for a Commercial Property Manager looking to make the transition.

This is an outstanding role working for one of the most iconic Landowners in London. Their portfolio has everything to offer from high end retail, prime office space with some of the most prestigious tenants in the UK and iconic listed buildings (many you will know or have seen on TV I’m sure).

This Asset Manager role enables a shift in focus looking at the much more strategic and transactional side and moving away from the day-to-day management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to lease renewals, rent reviews, and new lettings.

For a Commercial Property Manager making their first step into the world of Asset Management the salary on offer is simply outstanding and includes a bonus of 10%.

This company operates on a flexible working policy however should you wish to be in the office more often, their office is in the heart of London’s West End in close proximity to the majority of their portfolio.
