Senior Development Manager

Blayze Group are working with on of the UK's leading residential developers to grow their development department with a Senior Development Manager. They are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious individual to support in the management of the development function. You will be working closely with the regional and associate development directors to manage the development team, and ensure that all developments are operating smoothly and generating the maximal value for the company.

• Successful candidates will have experience managing residential developments across all key stages of the development cycle, including planning, pre-construction matters, as well as overseeing delivery.
• You will need to assist the land and business development functions to ensure that the pre-development programme operates smoothly and efficiently.
