The Council has an opportunity for a general practice and agricultural MRICS/FRICS qualified Estate Surveyors to join a team responsible for the day to day management of a large and varied property portfolio valued in excess of £1 billion
The successful general practice candidate will undertake lease renewals, rent review and lettings of commercial property, asset valuations, day to day property management and provide advice to service areas across the council in connection with their property holdings and related projects. The rural practice candidate will be responsible for the management and strategic review of the council’s farms and small holdings and the provision of advice in relation to council projects affecting rural land.
The posts are based in Bradford City Centre however staff are able to work flexibly from home subject to agreement with their manager.
You should be fluent in English and have a good understanding of estate management surveying preferable in a local authority environment.
Starting salary is dependent on experience.
