An excellent career opportunity for a Project Manager to work within a leading Privately owned Property Developer that specialise in Medium to Large scale mixed use regeneration projects; delivering residential housing & development, employment land for industrial logistics use and more.

Our client has significant assets and land holdings that they are developing truly fascinating and challenging projects. They require a Project Manager with the ability to work independently to oversee schemes and projects that range in value up to £50m+ from concept, design and procurement, through delivery acting as Employers Agent/Contract administration. In this role there is huge variety involving infrastructure, remediation, engineering works to unlock sites and scheme for forward development. There is opportunity to oversee development schemes with a variety of uses from cradle to grave with hands on delivery of projects and overseeing the professional teams and main contractors throughout the development and construction cycle.

Candidates would be Project Managers that have worked either in Professional Project Management consultancy or working in a similar Project Manager or Development Manager role for a Client side organisation or property Developer. Project Managers that possess strong technical experience of Project management, with knowledge and experience in areas of JCT/NEC Contract administration, procurement and tender process to deliver projects to practical completion.
